How it Works

  • 1. Reserve your Gear

    Select the days you would like your gear delivered to and picked up from your hotel. While JoyLet requires a 3-day minimum rental reservation, we are happy to serve shorter stays. Please let us know your travel plans at checkout. Stays longer than 3 days recieve discounted daily pricing!

  • 2. Verify your Hotel

    JoyLet partners with several top hotels thoughout Washington, DC. Please include the name of your hotel when booking your rental. We'll deliver and pick-up your gear at the reception or concierge desk.

  • 3. Gear Delivered to your Hotel

    JoyLet will deliver your gear by 11am on the start day of your rental. You'll receive a notification when the gear has been delivered. Check with your hotel's concierge upon check-in to retrieve it!

  • 4. Gear Picked-Up from your Hotel

    JoyLet will pick-up your gear at 3pm on the last day of your rental. Please leave your gear with the Concierge upon your departure (or by 3pm). Your hotel will store the gear until JoyLet arrives to pick it up.
