Why should I rent?
Little ones need a lot of big, expensive "stuff" at each stage but they grow out of it in a few short months. Plus, it's impossible to predict each child's unique preferences. In our opinion, parents spend too much time and money sourcing, selecting and storing gear and toys that are quickly grown out of, or never even used.
That's where we come in - JoyLet lightens the mental load for parents by curating a selection of top-rated items, providing personalized recommendations for your little one's developmental stage, and delivering items to your door. Most importantly, we pick up the items when you're done. Rental offers flexibility that traditional retail doesn't. Little one grows out of gear - swap it. They don't like gear - swap it. Ready for new gear - swap it.

Where is JoyLet available?
We currently serve customers in Washington DC and surrounding Maryland and Virginia areas. We also serve metro Baltimore. We plan to open service to new cities so sign up to learn when JoyLet will come to you.
What condition will my items arrive in?
Your gear will arrive new or in gently-used condition. Our standard is that it is "like new for you." All items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized using non-toxic, environmentally-certified, and NICU-grade products. It will also be tested for quality and safety by professionals. Items are delivered package-free and ready to be used.
How do I get started?
Sign up for our waitlist and you'll become the first to know when spots become available. By joining the waitlist you'll get our best pricing.
How does delivery work?
During checkout you will be asked to select a delivery date.
Your item will be delivered package-free and partially or fully assembled to your doorstep on that date.
Note that an adult must be present for delivery unless other instructions/arrangements are made (i.e. code for garage or package room provided, doorman receives delivery, etc.)
Is Snoo included in the membership plans?
No, the Snoo is not included in our membership gear library. However, you can rent Snoo a la carte for $160/mo or use a membership spot for +$110/mo.
How do I add a JoyLet membership to my baby registry?
Add JoyLet Gift Cards to your universal baby registry so multiple people can contribute to your membership. Parents often self-book their membership and then use gift cards to apply to their balance.
